Processing Time

All U.S. orders take approximately 1–2 weeks to be processed before shipping. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging time. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

After processing is complete, delivery typically takes:

  • U.S. Orders: 14-24 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand releases.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply during select promotions or qualifying purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Zenith Hats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
